Christine Liaukus, R.A., CPHC®

 Christine Liaukus has been working in the world of environmentally conscientious design for over twenty years. Christine is the Housing and Community Development Program Manager at the Center for Building Knowledge (CBK) at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). Christine has focused her work on the incorporation of energy efficiency and durability into the design and construction practices of affordable and market rate housing providers. Christine is a member of the Northeast Sustainable Energy Association, the US Green Building Council and is the first Certified Passive House Consultant in New Jersey. 

Joe Bruey, R.A.

Joe Bruey has an extensive background in architectural design, space planning and spatial analysis having most recently worked for a global corporation where he oversaw the design and analysis of facilities in the Americas, Europe and Asia. In addition he has hands-on experience in residential design and construction. Joe is a graduate of New Jersey Institute of Technology’s College of Architecture and Design and is licensed to practice architecture in both New York and New Jersey.
